More than UAH 246 million in taxes and fees was paid to the budget of Uzhgorod

In January-April 2018, the general fund of the Uzhgorod budget received over 246 million hryvnias, which is 26.5 million hryvnias over the target, – the Department of Finance and Budget Policy of Uzhgorod City Council informs.

The growth of revenues to the general fund in comparison with the corresponding period in 2017 amounted to 40.7 million hryvnias.

The most important source of revenues to the city budget remains the tax on personal income – UAH 151.6 million. Compared to the same period last year, the volume of revenues from this tax increased by UAH 32.9 million.
UAH 59.3 million came from the payment of local taxes and fees (property tax, tourist tax, single tax), which is UAH 8.9 million over the last year’s figure.

Also UAH 12.2 million was paid for provision of other administrative services, which is UAH 8.5 million more than that in the last year, the press service of Uzhgorod city council informs.
