On March 24-26, the IV International Festival of Children and Youth Art "Spring Ball" will be held in Uzhgorod. The festival traditionally brings together talented children and young people from all over Ukraine. This time the festival will be attended by over 500 participants – from Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Lviv, Kryvy Rih, Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmiysk), Vinnytsia and Transcarpathian region.
Vocal, choreography and instrumental groups will perform on the stage of the "PADIYUN", Uzhgorod city council informs on their Facebook page.
The festival competition will be held in the following nominations:
1. Choreography – folk and stylized dance, modern choreography, street danse, ballroom dancing, belly dancing, theater and fashion dancing.
2. Vocals – folk, classical, pop, choirs, show groups, singer-songwriters.
3. Instrumental music – folk, classical, pop, original.
The jury consists of leading experts in the field of music, singing, dance, Honored Artist of Ukraine and CIS countries.
The results of the competition are determined by the jury and provide for awarding the title of the Grand Prix winner, three prizes in each nomination and age group.
The event is supported by Uzhgorod City Council and deputies.
The opening is on March 25, at 12.00.
The gala concert and award ceremony is on March 26, at 10.00.
