More than 11 billion cubic meters of fuel has been pumped into Ukrainian gas storage facilities

As of June 15, 11.1 billion cubic meters of fuel is stored in Ukrainian storage facilities that is 31% more than that at the beginning of the season.

This was reported by the Department of Public Relations of the "Ukrtransgaz" PJSC.

"I total, in the current year, 3.5 billion cubic meters of fuel has been pumped into gas storage facilities" – the report states.

According to current information, natural gas is accumulated in 7 storage facilities in the optimal technological mode – 60 million cubic meters daily.

Thus, from 1 to 14 of June, domestic UGSs have been replenished by 0.9 billion cubic meters.

Recall that in May of the current year, the operator of the national gas transportation system begun preparations for the heating season of 2015-2016.
