“Monologues over the Uzh” are success, new and interesting theatrical discoveries are ahead (PHOTOS)

The third day of the International Theater Festival "Monologues over the Uzh" was marked by two performances.

On the small stage of the Regional Music and Drama Theater, the "Kontra" Theater from the Slovak city of Spišská Nova Ves presented the performance "Macbeth". Actor Peter Cizmar very expressively recreated one of the most famous tragedies of William Shakespeare.

And at 19.00, in the puppet theater "Bavka", Ukrainian actress from Drohobych theater, Olena Dudich, told about the life of the Sparrow – the famous French singer Edith Piaf. Childhood and adolescence of the street actress, fame and tragedies, men in the life of the talented woman – Olena Dudich was not hiding emotions. Such sincerity could not but move the audience.

Today, there will be no less interesting performances from Ukrainian actors. In the puppet theater "Bavka", mono-performance "Old lady is hatching" will be presented at 17.00, and "The Thirteenth Woman" – at 19.30.

Recall that the organizers of the festival are the newspaper "Nedilya. Zakarpatski Novyny" and Uzhgorod City Council with the support of the Department of Culture of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.

Uzhgorod citizens and guests of the city already had the opportunity to see the performances of theaters from Poland and Georgia.
