October 28-29, the Deputy Head of the National Union of Writers of Ukraine Volodymyr Shovkoshytny will be visiting Transcarpathia.
Together with the famous writer Pavlo Volvach, Volodymyr Shovkoshytny will meet with teaching staff and the public of Tyachiv and Rakhiv districts. Kyiv guests will be accompanied by the laureate of Taras Shevchenko prize in Literature Pavlo Midyanka.
