Mizhhirya district police are establishing the circumstances of the fatal road accident

Investigators of the Mizhhirya Police Department have opened a criminal proceeding over an accident in the village of Lopushne. The driver of the overturned truck died at the scene

Today, on July 30, at 01:08, Mizhhirya Police Department received a report that a truck had been found in the river.

 Law enforcement officers found out that a 32-year-old resident of the village of Lopushne, while driving a truck on a forest road, had lost control and fell into the river. The driver died at the scene from the sustained injuries.

A criminal case was opened under part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of the rules of road safety).
