Military conscription in Uzhgorod: only contract soldiers will be sent to the east

In accordance with the President’s decree, recruitment to the ranks of the Armed Forces continues in Ukraine. Uzhgorod City Council is currently holding a briefing on this year’s draft. 
  
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the military conscription was postponed, the conscription and medical commissions are working, and young people are being recruited to the Armed Forces. 
"There has been a lot of discussion about where the conscripts will go. Only the contract soldiers will go to the east. 109 people according to the plan. There are young people who want to serve, so I hope that we will fulfill the recruitment plan," – Bohdan Andriyiv said.
