Mayors of small towns in Transcarpathia, their deputies and employees of the municipal councils, involved in solving the problems of energy efficiency in educational institutions, will be learning at the training "Ways of improving the energy efficiency of budgetary institutions" to be held March 12 at 9:30 at the address: Irshava, Shevchenko Street, 145.
The event aims to raise awareness of representatives of the six small town municipalities in Transcarpathia on existing possibilities of energy efficiency measures and available technology solutions, as well as to improve their skills in implementing energy efficiency projects.
The project "Inspiring future generations through energy" is funded by the European Union Mission in Ukraine within the framework of the Program for supporting the implementation of the energy strategy of Ukraine in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy.
The aim of the Project is to promote energy efficiency in educational institutions in small towns of Ukraine.The specific objectives of the project are: the introduction of energy efficient heating model in the kindergarten № 1 in Irshava and improvment of energy efficiency projects management by civil servants of six small towns of district subordination in Transcarpathian region.
