Major repairs of the road leading to the state border with Hungary continues in Beregovo district

The contract organization has commenced major repairs of the regional road "Koson – Popovo – Heten – border with Hungary" in Beregovo district. Now, the road workers are working between the villages of Koson and Popovo.

The tender procedures and the first part of the repair were completed last year, and now work continues.

The source of funding is the Road Fund.
The "Koson – Popovo – Heten – border with Hungary" road was put into operation in 1961, since then only occasional patch repairs have been carried out there.
