Lustration committee warns!

 The current government has repeatedly declared their desire to work with the community and support of the idea of cleaning and rebooting of state agencies. It was also agreed to take into account opinion of the public in the appointment of officials in the region, namely, taking into account the official conclusions of the Public lustration committee. Unfortunately, to date, the negative results of the proceedings on the most odious figures that were released by the committee are not taken into account by the official authorities and continue to be ignored. Such personalities as Sharanych SO, Panova NV, Shcherbey MV, Shnitser RI and others continue to hold high public offices, contrary to the demands of the society.

     Over the last few weeks, understanding the situation in the country, we have not committed any acts that could lead to escalation of tension in the country and in the region. But our purely diplomatic methods proved ineffective and have not resulted in significant positive effects on the personnel policy of the authorities. In view of the above, expressing the will of the Transcarpathian Euromaidan that delegated members to the Public Lustration Committee, we declare the termination of any cooperation with the authorities.

    By this appeal, we warn that if the demands of the committee regarding a certain number of persons are not met by May 1, the founding organizations of the committee will use more strict and decisive measures of public influence to ensure the enforcement of the PLC decisions and complete reboot of power.
