The stamp and postcard depicting the legendary postman were solemnly canceled near his monument in Perechyn. Mykhaylo Barnyk wrote on Facebook about this event:
– Today in Perechyn, near the monument to the legendary postman, representatives of the Ukrposhta, philatelists and the mayor solemnly canceled the stamp and the postcard featuring the image of Fedir Feketa. It was released on the occasion of the 230th anniversary of the famous postman.
It can be said that today is the birthday of the stamp that can travel around the world on postcards.
