Ivan DEKET, a 35-year-old citizen living in the village of Dubove, Tyachiv district, Transcarpathian region, left home and still has not returned. 
Description: height 165-175 cm, slender build, dark blond hair. On the day of his disappearance, he was wearing camouflage pants, a green jacket and black shoes.
