Ledyda is looking for volunteers

In Transcarpathia, they plan to form volunteer civil defense groups in case of emergencies.

The Governor instructed the district state administrations, executive committees in cooperation with local governments
to ensure the formation of volunteer civil defense groups during the occurrence or threat of emergencies which can not be contained or eliminated by available forces and means of professional emergency services. It is proposed to develop a procedure for the provision, storage and return of property necessary to perform tasks, as well as a procedure for the involvement of volunteer groups to perform work. It is also planned to form a list of volunteers who intend to join volunteer groups. These lists will include only persons whose state of health is suitable for military service and who have not reached the age limit for military service in the reserve. Volunteers will be taught methods of protection against emergencies, provision of the first medical aid.

Volunteer groups are to be formed by December 2.
