Ledyda decided to thank the prosecutors

The regional state administration developed for the session of the Regional Council the project, which provides for transfer of the building in area of ​3,749 square meters from the ownership of the regional community to the prosecutor’s office. Those are the premises at Kotsiubynsky street 2 in Uzhgorod, where the Prosecutor’s office in Transcarpathian region is located. The regional administration proposes to withdraw this property from the ownership of local communities of Transcarpathian region and transfer it to the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine with the subsequent transfer of the property under the operational management of the Prosecutor’s Office in Transcarpathian region.

Recall that this week, the prosecutors of Transcarpathian region, within several hours after adoption of the decision by the regional council deputies on the establishment of the People’s Council of Transcarpathia, appealed this decision in court. Also, the prosecutors appealed in court decisions of Vynogradiv, Rakhiv district and Mukachevo and Uzhgorod city councils on the socio-political situation in the country which condemned the actions of the country’s leaders towards protesters.
