The solemn laying of flowers to the monument to the President of the Carpathian Ukraine, Hero of Ukraine Augustine Voloshin on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the proclamation of the Carpathian Ukraine will be held on Friday, March 15, at 10.00 in Uzhgorod, on Nezalezhnist embankment, Uzhgorod city council reported.
