Law Enforcement Officers learn to provide safe transit of the fans

In preparation for the final part of the European Football Championship, on April 26 this year in an international checkpoint ‘Tysa’ at the Ukrainian-Hungarian state border, a co-ordination group of anti-terrorist center at the Office of Security Service of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region had planned and conducted a special tactical training.
The purpose of the event is to improve the efficiency of interaction between forces and means of a mechanism of ensuring a safe transit of fans at ‘Euro-2012’.
The training was also attended by border guards, representatives of the Interior Ministry, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Internal Troops, local authorities etc.
The participants of the event worked out algorithms of actions under terrorist threat, the scheme of neutralization of terrorists and the release of hostages, as well as ensuring a safe transit of ‘Euro-2012’ fans, the press center of the Security Service of Ukraine.
