Law enforcement officers established the time a mass cow die-out. But not the cause of it

On Saturday, Beregovo police were establishing the circumstances of mass die-out of Hungarian gray cows.

Law enforcement officers found out that the cows belonged to "Karpatikum" LLC. Mass die-out of livestock was recorded from 10 to 20 of March.  According to the company veterinarian Zoltan Molnar, in total 17 cows died, and then farm workers disposed of the carcasses of cows in the "Chorny Mochar" tract approximately 3 kilometers away from the village of Chikosh-Horonda.

Officers of the Transcarpathian veterinary police have taken tissue samples of skin and meat from the carcasses of dead cows for further research.
