Laudon returns to the park named after him – as a mini-monument

On May 4, at 12.00, a significant event will take place – another return of the famous Uzhgorod naturalist Istvan Laudon to the park named after him. In the form of a mini-sculpture by the famous sculptor Mykhailo Kolodko. 
 Laudon holds in his hands another plant brought, apparently, from afar, because, as journalist Tanya Literati wrote, "…Istvan Laudon… would never return from a trip empty-handed."

This work will become one the many Uzhgorod mini-sculptures, thanks to which the city over the Uzh lays claim to becoming the world’s capital of miniature monuments.
