The popular group "Uzhgorod" in the social network facebook published a response of the city public utilities on a very interesting topic.

It’s no secret that many Uzhgorod resdients call tree trimming in the regional center "barbaric". Today, we can also find out how much it costs the city community.

Thus, the head of the municipal economy department Mrs. Paida reported: during 2016, 358 trees were cut down, and more than five hundred were trimmed. And it all cost Uzhgorod residents nearly one million hryvnia.

This year, they have already spent 167,000 UAH for tree cutting. Details are in the document. 

It would be interesting to know just how many trees they plan to cut and trim and how much money they are going to spend for it in 2017.

Recall that in November 2016, as a result of tree trimming near a school, a girl was injured. She has already undergone a dozen complex surgeries.
