The president of Ukraine Poroshenko signed the law on the simplification of the procedure for allocation of land to citizens.
This was announced by the press office of the president.
As noted, the law simplifies the procedire for the relization of the citizens’ rights to free land plots out of state or municipal property.
The press service stressed that the law signed by the President prevents delays in the process of approval of land management projects, because now there is a problem when employees of the relevant authorities demand to eliminate some deficiencies without giving a complete list of what must be corrected.
The elimination of such deficiencies lasts for years, people spend heavily for renewal of documents and can not exercise their rights guaranteed by the Constitution.
"In this regard, this legislative proposal aims to establish clear requirements for the relevant authorities to provide a comprehensive list of deficiencies, for their further elimination by persons submitting documents for approval of land management projects", – the press-service stated.
