The one-day visit of Leonid Kuchma to Transcarpathia scheduled for today (25.11) has been postponed. Due to bad weather conditions, the plane with the second President of Ukraine on board did not get permission to land at the airport of Uzhgorod.
The possible date of arrival is to be announced.
