Known soundtracks will be performed in the Regional Philharmonic again (Announcement)

On January 17, Uzhgorod residents and visitors once again will be able to enjoy the program "The Oscar’s Soundtracks" by the Symphony Orchestra of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic. The collection includes the music from popular American and British films: "Harry Potter. The Sorcerer’s Stone", "Home Alone", "Patriot", "Peter Pan", "Lord of the Rings", "Avatar", "Skyfall", "Pulp Fiction". "Pink Panther", "Terminal".

Conductor – Honored Artist of Ukraine Victoria Savlyavchyk-Tsanko. Soloists – Irina Filipenko (vocals) and Honored Artist of Ukraine Ferenc Tomich (clarinet). The event will be hosted by the music historian Natalia PITSUR. You will hear your favorite tracks by Adel, GA Mancini, H Shore, J Horner. However, most soundtracks are composed by the famous American composer John Williams. The program is accompanied by video footages.The event begins at 18.30.
