The IV International Festival "Music Without Borders" introduced the leading collective of Kirovohrad Regional Philharmonic – the Academic Theater of Music, Song and Dance "Zoryany" – to local music lovers.
During its more than thirty-year history, the ensemble has presented its works in almost all corners of our country and a total of 20 countries.
Today, the ensemble is headed by well-known artists: the art director – People’s Artist of Ukraine Antonina Chervinska, the chief conductor – Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine Mykola Kvasha, the choreographer – Honoured Artist of Ukraine Hennadiy Mayarash.
The repertoire of the "Zoryany" includes folk and modern songs in defferent genres, ceremonial dances, folk music and dance compositions.
The artists were rewarded for the excellent concert with generous applause, as well as the letter of gratitude of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration and the diploma of the festival "Music without Borders".
The next concert of music festival will be from Lviv artists – winners of international competitions Lidia Futorska (violin) and Serhiy Khorovets (accordion). The concert titled "Ukrainian Souvenir" will be held on April 14, at 18.30, in the Philharmonic Hall.
