Kasperov’s apartment was returned to the city – prosecutors

The prosecutors in court successfully insisted on the return of the apartment, which the executive committee had unlawfully granted the Director of the Municipal Economy Department, to the city.

Today, November 6, Uzhgorod city and district court judge ruled in favor of the community in this case.

 Remember that in late August Uzhgorod prosecutors filed a petition to Uzhgorod city district court for annulment and cancellation of the lease for that apartment. The statement of claim demanded the abolition of Section 1.6 of the Uzhgorod City Council Executive Committee decision number 227 dd. 26 June 2013, which allowed to sign a lease with the Director of the Municipal Economy Department.

 Currently, Uzhgorod City and District Court upheld the petition of the prosecutor, canceling the lease in respect of the said estate, recognizing it as invalid.
