Jamala wrote another hit to the lyrics of Transcarpathian poet (VIDEO)

The song is based on the poem of an Uzhgorod poet Art Antonian "Play Chopin". The video is based on fragments from Olena Demyanenko’s film "My grandmother Fanny Kaplan." The director of the video is Denis Zakharov, who has previously worked with Jamala on the videos for "Cactus" and "Why flowers have eyes."

Art Antonian wrote on his page on Facebook: "Unbelievable! I did not know that the video for the song was made of film fragments. Has someone watched the movie? The premiere was two days ago.

PS 1. KinoPoisk on the movie: "Insightful and touching love story of Fanny Kaplan unfolding against the backdrop of the events of the early twentieth century."

PS 2. This song is living its own active life. Participants of the show "Dances" on TNT produced a beautiful and touching dance to it. The same song was sung by Olga Zadonskaya on Russia’s "The Voice." 

Recall that the Uzhgorod poet is a co-author of the song, which brought Ukraine victory at Eurovision in 2016.
