Ivan Shits: “Goverla” will fulfill the decisions of the CAS, FIFA, UEFA and the CDC”

General Director of "Goverla" Ivan Shits told the Sport Arena how the process of the team salvation is 
going.
– Some players have signed contracts with us, but are not yet registered. We will fulfill the decisions 
of the CAS, FIFA, UEFA and the CDC of the FFU, and maybe then the FFU will allow us to register new 
players. Today, we are in the process of negotiations and payments. The administration of the club is 
trying to fulfill all the requirements to lift the penalties imposed on us.
Trukhin? He decided to go a slightly different way – he appealed to the court of general jurisdiction. 
This way is banned not only by the FFU, but also by the FIFA, because players must go to sports 
arbitration courts. Fortunately, we are working with the Premier League and obey the FFU. There are 
no regulations rules related to football in the court, which Trukhin appealed to. Our lawyers are now 
working on this, – Shits said.
