This is the conclusion that can be derived from the statement posted on the page of MP Robert Horvat:

"Back in December 2016, we filed the bill 5494 to amend the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the large-scale development of the electric vehicles market in Ukraine.

Today, at the meeting of the Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy, with the participation of Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, they considered a number of legislative initiatives that aim to develop the market of environmentally friendly transport. After a long discussion of the committee members, I was instructed to create a working group to develop a comprehensive bill. We must move in the same direction as the entire civilized world."
