As is known, after a scandal with the deputy mayor of Uzhgorod Istvan Tsap, who was accused of bribery, he has not yet returned to work, although nobody officially fired him.
The case, by the way, is still pending.
At the current session of the city council, it was suggested to eliminate his post as reduntant.
However, only 11 deputies voted for the appropriate decision.
Therefore, it has not entered into force, and Istvan Tsap remains on the post of the first deputy mayor of Uzhgorod.
