November 22, Ukrtelecom disconnected the cable of the cable TV operator – as a result, Uzhgorod Shakhta neighborhood was left without cable TV, readers of uzhgorod.in informed.
According to employees of Ukrtelecom, the company, having become a private one, began to fix up the phone system. First, they offered amnesty to all operators – to recognize all secretly laid cables. "Kram" allegedly refused to admit that they had illegally laid cables. As a result of detection, all "illegals" were cut off. Consequently, "Shakta" was left without cable TV.
Meanwhile, "Kram" denies the conflict with Ukrtelecom, and explains the absence of TV signal with damage to the trunk, readers informed.
The legalization of cables and execution of appropriate documentation will take some time, during which the whole Shakhta neighborhood will remain the hostage of the situation.
