The Director of the Economic Development and Trade Department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration calls for implementation of a transparent system of public procurement and initiates creation of a team of permanent consultants at the unit headed by him.
He wrote on his page on Facebook:
"In order to speed up the transition to public procurement by public sector organizations in the region, I invite everybody to cooperation, Submit your ideas and proposals to the Department of Economic Development and Trade of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration by email: economy@carpathia.gov.ua
Based on the proposals, the plan for implementation of the PROZORRO in Transcarpathian region will be developed, and all the initiative people will become permanent consultants of the Department on public procurement."
