In Uzhgorod, there are only two buildings that are 16 floors high: one on Svoboda Avenue, the other one – in the Novy neighborhood 

The first one, it seems, is being fixed up. A correspondent of the Uzhgorod.in captured workers knocking off bricks from the outer facade.

Hopefully, the sixteen-storey building will be fixed up, at least from the outside, by winter.
