Social networks are raising alarm – users report of a man, who was showing his genitals to children:
"Parents! There is a pedophile in the Novy neighbourhood! We were walking today with children near the Vopak on the playground, and that sicko on a bike was showing his junk to girls. When he saw that he’d been noticed, he walked away. When I approached the girls and began talking with them, they said that they had seen the man’s penis! He saw that the children were not alone, got on his bike and left. I started to take photos, he noticed that and tried to hide. Parents, be careful!" – Galina Kostik from Uzhgorod wrote.
