It is barely standing on its supports and most likely soon will drown in the Uzh. And there, it can hurt swimmers, because the water is dirty.
Therefore, the "hobbling" rails need help. And if they are not needed as railings at the descent to the Uzh, the piece of iron may be used for other needs of the city.
