Intoxicating sakura. “Sakura Fest” has started in Uzhgorod, and the wine festival continues (PHOTOS)

"Sakura Fest" – the festival devoted to flowering of one of the symbols of Uzhgorod – has officially started in the capital of Transcarpathia.

This festival includes many elements and events and will continue until May 8. One of those events is the wine and food festival "Sakura Wine" that will last for three days (up to Sunday inclusive). It is located in the main location for such events the city – the "Owl’s Nest" and on Rakoczy street (which on this occasion was blocked, the ticket to the festival is 30 UAH).

The highlight of the festival is rose (sakura-themed) wines. They were made specifically for the festival by two Transcarpathian wineries.
