According to the Public Health Center, as of 9:00 am on May 3, there have been 11913 laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, of which 288 were fatal, 1547 patients have recovered. During the day, 502 new cases were confirmed. Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
Vinnytsia region – 435 cases; Volyn region – 324 cases; Dnipropetrovsk region – 448 cases; Donetsk region – 70 cases; Zhytomyr region – 423 cases;
Transcarpathian region – 508 cases;

53 Transcarpathians, who had PCR-confirmed coronavirus, have recovered
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 508 persons have been diagnosed with COVID-19, of whom 128 are health care workers, 23 are children.

Zaporizhzhya region – 275 cases; Ivano-Frankivsk region – 965 cases; Kirovohrad region – 397 cases; Kyiv – 1511 cases; Kyiv region – 784 cases; Lviv region – 473 cases; Luhansk region – 37 cases; Mykolaiv region – 149 cases; Odesa region – 409 cases; Poltava region – 222 cases; Rivne region – 726 cases; Sumy region – 110 cases; Ternopil region – 868 cases; Kharkiv region – 348 cases; Kherson region – 136 cases; Khmelnytsky region – 115 cases; Chernivtsi region – 1818 cases; Cherkasy region – 308 cases; Chernihiv region – 54 cases.The tests were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory of the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as well as by regional laboratories. As of the morning of May 3, 2020, the Center has received 681 reports of suspected COVID-19 cases.
