Information for those, who will travel tomorrow through the checkpoint “Chop (Tisa) – Záhony”

Chop border guard detachment informs that on March 4, 2017 from 06.00 to 18.00, the Hungarian party will be carrying out measurements on the bridge at the cargo crossing point "Chop (Tisa) – Záhony". In this regard, Hungarian border guards will temporarily close the crossing point for trucks in the outbound direction.

Trucks will be entering the checkpoint "Záhony" using the lane for passenger cars, which may impede the movement of other vehicles. Given the above, we ask travelers to consider this information when planning a trip abroad and the choice of route.
