The number of apartments for sale in four regions in eastern Ukraine is 6.5 times more than that in seven regions of the western part. This is reported by analysts of the personal ads site Slando, who have reviewed the offers for the sale of apartments.
The greatest number of apartments on sale is in Kyiv, Odesa and Donetsk regions. Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions and the Crimea are not far behind them. The number of offers does not correlate with the population of the region. For example, the population in Lviv region outnumber that of Odesa region, but the number of apartment offers there is 16 times less.
But the lowest number of apartment offers is in Ternopil, Transcarpathian and Ivano-Frankivsk regions. In Sumy, Vinnytsya and Volyn regions there are less than 3000 apartments for sale.
