This festival-competition was launched in Vynogradiv district in 2004. It is a district level event. Pupils and children’s groups interested in music and dance culture, as well as arts and crafts participate in it. It brings together gifted children to show their talent in various categories – modern singing, choreography, handmade.
Unfortunately, life makes its changes, so this year for obvious reasons, people are not in the mood for dancing and singing. But the traditional festival-competition "Rainbow Band" took place anyway. However, it transformed into the exhibition of arts and crafts. It featured 100 works from 49 schools of Vynogradv District.
The winners of the regional competition of children’s art in the "Arts and crafts" category were many talented children – namely 34 boys and girls from city and village schools.
