In Vynogradiv district, due to hail, temporary shelters for children have been opened

Today, a meeting of the operational headquarters on liquidation of the consequences of hail took place in Vynogradiv district state administration.

The meeting was attended by the head of the district state administration and his first deputy, heads of several units, Vynogradiv Mayor, representatives of major organizations and services of the district.

The heads of the Department of Education, the Department of Culture and Public Health reported on the damages to social institutions. By the end of the day, the relevant reports will be made up and damages will be calculated.

On behalf of the head of the district state administration, temporary shelters for children will be opened at district schools. All teachers will be working with children from now until June 25, allowing parents to deal with the aftermath of the hail at their homes.

Deputy committees are working in settlements of the district. The information on all households, that have suffered damages, is expected to be available by the end of the day.

An extraordinary session of the district council will soon be held to allocate funds to assist in liquidation of the aftermath of the disaster.
