In Vynogradiv district a 24-year-old boy committed suicide

A doctor from the village of Nove Selo reported to Vynogradiv police officers that he had stated death of a 24-year-old resident of the village, who had committed suicide by hanging. 
The police found out that the victim had long been abusing alcohol and committed suicide in the back room of his own house.
