In Vynogradiv district, 15 hectares of land on the bank of the Tisa river were illegally leased out – the prosecutors demand to return the land to the state

Vynogradiv district prosecutor’s office stated a claim in the District Court for the abolition of the order of the head of Vynogradiv district state administration and annulment of the lease of the land in area of ​​over 15 hectares, located outside the city of Vynogradiv on the bank of ​​the Tisa river, the value of the land is about half a million hryvnia.

Following the verification of compliance with the requirements of land and water legislation of Ukraine in the provision of the ownership and use of land in the territory of Vynogradiv district, the prosecutor’s office found out that the ownership of the above mentioned land was provided in violation of the Land and Water Codes of Ukraine.
