In Vynogradiv, a deputy from the Party of Regions beat a man

At night at five o’clock, a doctor of the intensive care unit of Vynogradiv district hospital reported that around 02.40 an ambulance delivered to them a 30-year-old unemployed resident of the city diagnosed with severe traumatic brain injury. Law enforcement officers found out that about 01.30, near the cafe-bar "Inside" on Shevchenko street, a Vladislav Polyak, born in 1975, a member of the City Council from the Party of Regions, together with an unidentified citizen for reasons of hooliganism had inflicted the above mentioned injuries to the man. The victim’s condition is stable heavy.
