In Vynogradiv, a company employees are forcibly sent to unpaid leave

The management of the Novitex enterprise in Vynogradiv makes its employees sign a request for unpaid leave.
According to the website PERSHIJ.com.ua, today, March 27, the management of the Novitex LLC in the city of Vynogradiv asked its employees to sign requests for unpaid leave from March 30 to April 24, 2020.
"I hereby request to allow me to take unpaid leave from March 30 to April 24, 2020 in connection with the introduction of a quarantine throughout Ukraine," – the application reads.
During quarantine, employees are not obliged to take an unpaid leave – it is the right of every employee.
Unpaid leave is provided only at the employee’s will, in connection with any events in a person’s life.
Forcibly sending a person on an unpaid leave is a violation of the law of Ukraine.
Criminal liability is provided for a gross violation of the law on labor under Art. 172 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
