On the banks of the Uzh river, near the Masaryk park, there was the premiere of the film by director Dziga Vertov about period of socialist construction in Ukraine – accompanied by contemporary music of Anton Baybakov.
The story in the movie "Eleventh" is shown through the frames, filmed in 1928, which the director combined to show viewers the events of the period of industrialization, the construction of industry giants such as the Dnieper HPP. This is the first of three avant-garde films made by Vertov in Ukraine.
