On Wednesday, February 27, in Uzhgorod, the Seminar on the new law on administrative services began. The event was attended, among others, by the deputy head of the region Volodymyr Prykhodko.
As part of the Project for development and implementation of public policy in Ukraine (PRISM), in the regional center of Transcarpathia the last seminar in the series of trainings, that took place in several regions last year, has started. Earlier, similar events took place in Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Zaporizhzhya and other cities of Ukraine.
Representatives of Ternopil and Khmelnytsky regional administrations, public registrars of those regions, representatives of the executive committees and district administration of Transcarpathian region, experts of PRISM came to Uzhgorod.
The participants of the seminar said that before creating entertaining centers they would like to discuss organizational matters of the process. In particular, with regard to staffing, technical support.
– The main purpose of the system of administrative services is to improve the quality of their provision, anti-corruption focus in this process. We are only at the beginning of this road, but we can adopt positive experience of the reforms of administrative services in such countries as Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, – Volodymyr Prykhodko said.
