In Uzhgorod people are tasting a new wine of 2012. As Ukrinform informs with reference to the main event organizer, the Head of the Department of Tourism of Uzhgorod National University Fedir Shandor, besides wine guests of the festival, entitled "Born in Transcarpathia," have the opportunity to try traditional French dishes: onion soup, roasted chestnuts, a variety of canapes and desserts.
The French atmosphere is not accidental. Transcarpathians borrowed the holiday tradition from the French winegrowers of Beaujolais region where harvest riped the soonest.
