Officers of Uzhgorod criminal police caught the burglars after they had robbed a high-rise apartment on Volodymyrska street.
Law enforcement officials suspect that this criminal group committed many other property crimes in the city.
Yesterday, in the city of Uzhgorod, the Criminal Police officers detained two young men suspected of committing a series of burglaries.
They were caught "red-handed" – after the theft from a high-rise apartment on Volodymyrska street.
The evidence – stolen equipment – was seized from the detainees.
Both burglars are 32 years old, they have been repeatedly convicted for committing property crimes. One of them is an IDPs from Donetsk.
The other one is a native of the city of Mukachevo.
The documentation of the criminal group continues. Investigators and operatives are working with the detainees.
The police started criminal proceeding over burglary (Part 3 of Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
