The memory of the Heaven’s Hundred in Uzhgorod today was honored with the memorial procession. Several hundreds of Uzhgorod residents walked from Teatralna Square, through the transport bridge, Svoboda Avenue, then down Shvabska street to Petofi Square, and then through the pedestrian bridge to the park near the Security Service of Ukraine office.
The procession took place with patriotic shouts of the people and prayers of priests for the victims of the Maidan. On the pedestrian bridge Uzhgorod activists hung portraits of all those who died during the Revolution of Dignity in Kyiv. Photos of the Heaven’s Hundred were also exhibited near the stage on Teatralna Square. there, with icon-lamps they made the word "HEROES."
The culmination of the procession was the requiem meeting in the park of the Heaven’s Hundred. There, people lit candles and lamps and prayed for peace.
