Fortunately, the inspectors managed to avoid the collision. Nevertheless, report of adminsitrative offense was drawn up against the Renault driver under Part 4 of Article 122 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for violation of traffic rules, which caused an emergency situation.
This violation is punishable by a fine of 680 hryvnias or deprivation of the right to drive for a period of six months to one year.
