In Uzhgorod, in the midst of the day, the roadway on Mynaiska street near the “Silpo” was dug up (PHOTOS)

Today, May 18, in Uzhgorod, on Mynaiska Street, near the "Silpo", probably due to repairs, utility workers dug up the roadway, the 0312.ua writes. 

As you can see in the photo, a rather large section of the road was dug up. Furthermore, repairs are carried out at lunch time, so the vehicular traffic is hampered. 

Can’t they do this work the afternoon, or better in the evening, when traffic is not so heavy and there are less people on the streets?
